Here’s how you do it:
Starting on February 14 and going until the end of the month, write an encouraging note about your kids. Let them know why you love them and particular qualities you see in them.
If you want to add some more kindness around your house this season, encourage your kids to do the same for their siblings or you! Writing encouraging notes to your kids to see each morning when they wake up will boost their confidence and even make it a little easier to start their day. Happy Valentine’s Day!
