Below is part two of our Forces for Good series! We are excited to continue sharing with you how Mission Generation is effective as an organization and how the Mission Generation team strives to continue improving.
Mastering the Art of Adaptation
The environment surrounding nonprofit organizations is constantly changing. The only way nonprofits can stay successful during change is by adapting as needed. Mission Generation employees are constantly encouraged to continue learning about how to stay with the times as it pertains to engaging supporters and running operations. Employees listen to webinars and read content from experts in nonprofit organizations to help gauge when an adaptation is necessary in the organization. Mission Generation needs to continue learning how to attract supporters of different age groups which is something employees are actively trying to do with the help of the Mission Generation marketing department.
Advocating and Serving
When an organization advocates and serves successfully, the people of the organization recognize that an effective nonprofit needs to do more than have solid programming. Mission Generation has notable programming in the United States and abroad. Our chaplaincy program and moral curriculum based programming helps spread the gospel of Jesus Christ widely. However, our partnership with local senators and lawyers helps give Mission Generation the advocacy it needs to reach the largest number of students. Advocating for and serving our clients go hand in hand.
Stay tuned for the final part of this series next week!
